Agreement
By using Hypezero (the website, APIs, and Discord bot), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Hypezero provides game release information, personal wishlists, optional Discord notifications, and related community features. Catalogue data comes from third parties (including IGDB and Steam) and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
Accounts
Sign-in is through Discord OAuth. You are responsible for activity under your Discord account. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape aggressively, bypass rate limits, harvest other users’ data, spam Discord alerts, or use Hypezero for illegal activity. Automated access must respect our infrastructure and third-party provider rules.
Discord bot
When you add the Hypezero bot to a server, you confirm you have permission to do so. Server admins control channels and alert settings. Misconfigured alerts or permission issues in Discord are outside our control.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law. Donating does not purchase ownership, guaranteed uptime, or special access unless we explicitly say otherwise.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed releases, wrong dates, failed notifications, or third-party outages (Discord, IGDB, Steam, PayPal, hosting providers).
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
