Drawn into the turmoil of the Sengoku era, the Shiftling befriends Tokichiro, an ambitious merchant chasing the mystical substance Amrita, and Mumyo, a steadfast demon hunter. Together they wade into the rise and fall of warring clans and warlords while facing hordes of yokai across the land.
